Three Manchester United staff members have been sacked following a review by new head coach Ruben Amorim, according to reports.
The dismissals include first-team coach Andreas Georgson, set-piece coach Carlos Fernandes, and a member of the sports science department, the Manchester Evening News understands.
Amorim's first staff changes
Georgson, who joined United in the summer as a set-piece coach before being promoted to first-team coach, has been let go. Fernandes, who worked with Amorim at Sporting Lisbon, was also dismissed.
Darren Fletcher, a former United midfielder and current technical director, has been moved to a different role, but remains at the club.
Impact on the squad
Amorim's decision to overhaul the backroom staff comes as he looks to implement his own methods at Old Trafford. The Portuguese coach took over from Erik ten Hag in November.
United have won two of their first four matches under Amorim, with the latest being a 2-1 victory over Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League.
