The Southport Air Show has returned to the coast for its second and final day today (August 30), with organisers confirming the full Sunday timetable. The event began yesterday (August 29) with spectacular aerial displays.
Confirmed Sunday schedule
The line-up timings, subject to change, are as follows: 12.30pm - Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, 12.51pm - The Starlings, 1.08pm - Tutor, 1.19pm - Rich Goodwin Jet Pitts, 1.33pm - A-26 Invader & P-51 Mustang, 1.38pm - P-51 Mustang, 1.48pm - A-26 Invader, 1.59pm - Otto. A short break follows at 2.07pm.
Afternoon highlights
The event resumes at 2.29pm with the Gazelle Squadron, followed by Hawk T1 at 2.46pm, Aerosuperbatics Wingwalkers at 2.57pm, Strikemaster at 3.15pm, the Red Arrows at 3.30pm and the Typhoon at 4pm.
