Ministry of Sound will mark its 35th birthday with a weekend-long celebration at its London home on 2nd and 3rd October 2026. The birthday programming aims to represent the breadth of genres and generations that have defined the club's dancefloor, with heavyweights Andy C, Kerri Chandler, Moodymann and Loco Dice taking over across the weekend.
Friday night with Louder
Louder, Ministry of Sound's long-running night, hosts Friday night. Drum & Bass royalty Andy C returns to the club for the first time in 10 years for an extended three-hour set, playing music from his brand new fourth album. His return for the birthday weekend marks a moment a decade in the making.
Saturday sessions with Hard Times and Urge
Saturday 3rd October begins with the influential house brand and label Hard Times, bringing together two of house music's most revered figures. New York's deep house pioneer Kerri Chandler delivers an extended hybrid set alongside Detroit royalty Moodymann. Saturday night closes with Urge, Ministry of Sound's flagship underground house and techno night, headlined by Loco Dice.
“Few venues get to celebrate 35 years at the heart of dance music. We wanted to mark this milestone with a line-up that reflects both our heritage and where our sound is today. It's an honour to celebrate this anniversary with such incredible talent, and we can't wait to celebrate with you all,” said Club Director Matt Long.
Year-long anniversary programme
Ministry of Sound 35 marks a year-long programme celebrating three decades of one of the world's most influential nightclub brands. 2026 kicked off with the biggest renovation to the club's legendary main room in its history, the launch of an unprecedented 35-Year World Tour, including the brand's first return to Ibiza in over a decade, and a landmark anniversary programme of events.
