Tyne Cruises is hosting an adults-only Halloween party aboard Newcastle's own cruise ship, the Canny Lass, on Saturday, October 31. The three-hour cruise will depart from 7pm to 10pm, with tickets priced at £40 per person and available now from the Tyne Cruises website.
Spooky Makeover for the Canny Lass
The Canny Lass is getting a spooky makeover for the occasion, with Halloween decor throughout the boat and entertainment onboard. Guests can expect live music, drinks, and a brilliant atmosphere as the ship heads out onto the River Tyne, with the city lights reflecting across the water.
This event follows the successful return of boat trips on the Tyne at the start of August, when Tyne Cruises embarked on their maiden voyage with the Canny Lass. Since then, people of all ages have enjoyed trips along the river, including routes down into Gateshead and up to North Shields.
Seasonal Events on the Tyne
At the time of launch, the Tyne Cruise team hinted at planning seasonal events. The first of these are family fancy dress cruises, reported earlier this week, and now the adults-only Halloween night cruise offers a different way to spend Halloween in the Toon.
The cruise promises a memorable night with a completely different atmosphere, combining the spooky theme with the unique setting of the Tyne at night.
