Tottenham are on the verge of completing six transfers as the club moves to reshape its squad ahead of deadline day. The most recent development sees Spurs open talks with Chelsea over defender Tosin Adarabioyo, who is being lined up as a replacement for Kevin Danso following reported interest from Sunderland.
Ndiaye and Richarlison swap in the works
Manager Roberto De Zerbi is also poised to bring in Iliman Ndiaye from Everton, with Richarlison expected to move in the opposite direction. That would add to a busy window that already includes potential departures for Mikey Moore, Pape Matar Sarr and Souza.
Moore, who started the Premier League defeat to Brentford, is on the brink of a move to the Bundesliga. Full-back Souza, who arrived at Spurs in January from Santos, is close to securing a loan departure, with Porto having agreed terms. The Brazilian will spend the campaign on loan with the Portuguese top-flight outfit, having made just four appearances since his arrival.
Sarr's Juventus move agreed
Juventus have reportedly secured an agreement with Tottenham for midfielder Sarr, who is eager for a transfer to the Serie A side. The Old Lady have finalised a loan arrangement with Spurs, with an obligation to purchase the Senegal international should certain criteria be satisfied. Juventus will then purchase the midfielder for approximately £25m next summer, as De Zerbi's squad undergoes yet another reshuffle.
That may not signal the end of the exits either, with Danso also attracting interest from clubs looking to lure him away from north London. Sunderland reportedly remain eager to secure the Austrian international's services after seeing a loan bid for the 27-year-old turned down last week. The defender is said to have already agreed personal terms with Regis Le Bris's side.
