Swansea City are closing in on the signing of New Zealand winger Elijah Just, with Motherwell agreeing a club-record fee for the attacker. The deal, reported by the Daily Record, is a multi-million pound package with add-ons that eclipses the £5 million sale of Lennon Miller to Udinese last summer.

The transfer could be completed within the next 24-48 hours, as Just has been given permission to travel to south Wales to finalise personal terms. He will become the Swans' third signing of the summer, following Stephen Welsh and Moussa Yeo.
Just, 26, joined Motherwell last year after spending most of his career in Denmark. He was shortlisted for the PFA Scotland Player of the Year award and played all three games for New Zealand in their World Cup campaign this summer.
Familiar Faces and Manager's Comments
At Swansea, Just will reunite with international teammate Marko Stamenic and former loanee Stephen Welsh, who was at Fir Park last season. Manager Vitor Matos has been impressed with his new arrivals, stating after a pre-season draw with Holstein Kiel: "I'm really impressed with both, and they both played really well. It's also good now that the team will also start to understand them as well."
Matos has seen Ethan Galbraith leave for Stoke City and Goncalo Franco sidelined for three months through injury. Swansea are currently on a pre-season tour in Austria.
