Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee is reportedly willing to join Juventus, with the Italian club leading the race for his signature. The 25-year-old Dutch international has struggled for game time under manager Michael Carrick, managing just 127 minutes of competitive football since his return to Old Trafford.
According to Italian publication La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Zirkzee has given an initial 'yes' to the prospect of returning to Italy, having previously impressed at Bologna before his move to United. Juventus, however, would prefer an initial loan arrangement, while United are understood to favour a permanent sale to reinvest the proceeds into the squad.
Zirkzee had been keen to depart in January but was refused permission by United. A departure this summer could free up funds for an experienced forward, with the club also monitoring the striker market. Meanwhile, midfield targets include AS Roma's Manu Kone and Bournemouth's Alex Scott, though both attract rival interest.
