The summer transfer window closes at 11pm on Tuesday evening, and clubs across the Premier League are racing to finalise negotiations, contracts and medicals. Manchester City are expected to be among the busiest, with Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton also potentially welcoming new faces.
Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City
One of the biggest potential moves is Enzo Fernandez's switch from Chelsea to Manchester City. The Argentine midfielder has been left out of Xabi Alonso's last two squads, and talks between the clubs have intensified over the last 24 hours. However, it remains unclear whether City will meet Chelsea's £120m asking price.
Iliman Ndiaye to Manchester City
City have also agreed a £65m fee with Everton for Iliman Ndiaye, who was previously linked with Tottenham. The Senegalese forward is expected to undergo a medical today and complete his move to the Etihad Stadium, capping a rapid rise from playing for Hyde United in 2020.
Jack Grealish to Everton
As part of the Ndiaye deal, City are willing to sanction Jack Grealish's return to Everton. The England winger spent a productive loan spell on Merseyside last season before injury curtailed his campaign. He has been keen to return, and the move is expected to be completed soon.
Ismaila Sarr to Liverpool
Liverpool, despite signing Bradley Barcola from PSG, are looking to add more width. Crystal Palace's Ismaila Sarr is a target, but Palace's reported £75m asking price could be a stumbling block.
Mykhailo Mudryk to Spurs
Tottenham are pursuing a loan deal for Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk, with an option to buy. The Ukrainian winger is available after serving a suspension for testing positive for a previously banned substance in November 2024.
Tosin Adarabioyo to Spurs
Spurs have also agreed a permanent deal for Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo. The 28-year-old, who joined Chelsea in 2024, has made 70 appearances for the club.
Lamine Camara to Chelsea
Chelsea have identified Monaco's Lamine Camara as a potential replacement for Fernandez. Monaco boss Felipe Luis said: “I hope to keep him. You see the player that he is – unbelievable. Until the end of the transfer window, anything can happen. Everyone hopes that he stays. He is elite.”
Malick Fofana to Arsenal
Arsenal are in talks with Lyon over Malick Fofana. The 21-year-old is reportedly open to joining the Gunners, and Lyon may need to sell after failing to qualify for the Champions League.
Folarin Balogun to Everton
Everton are set to sign USA international Folarin Balogun from Monaco for £40m. The striker will undergo a medical, and the deal includes a sell-on clause for Arsenal, who sold him to Monaco.
Honest Ahanor to Crystal Palace
Atalanta defender Honest Ahanor is expected to join Chelsea next summer, but will first move to Crystal Palace on loan. Palace cannot take him on loan from Chelsea directly due to already having Axel Disasi on loan from the Blues.
