Tottenham have confirmed their 35-man squad for the pre-season tour to New Zealand and Australia, with new signings Jan Paul van Hecke and Andy Robertson included. However, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has been left behind after sustaining a minor knock in training.
New signings and absentees
Van Hecke and Robertson only returned to pre-season this week after extended breaks following the World Cup and were not involved in Wednesday's 1-0 friendly win over MK Dons. Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes both featured in that match, with Fernandes scoring the only goal with a third-minute volley.
Mohammed Kudus, Xavi Simons, Dejan Kulusevski and Wilson Odobert will remain at Hotspur Way to continue rehabilitation. Rodrigo Bentancur and Pape Matar Sarr have been granted extended leave after their World Cup exploits, as have World Cup finalists Pedro Porro, Marcos Senesi and Cristian Romero. Djed Spence also will not travel after reaching the latter stages of the tournament.

The squad includes academy players Luca Williams-Barnett, Tyler Tingey and Mikey Moore. Tottenham will face Auckland FC, Sydney FC and Chelsea on tour.
