Leandro Paredes has played down the conspiracy theories around Spain beating Argentina in the World Cup final. He told ESPN: "Spain was superior to us in the final. He is a fair winner of the World Cup."
Paredes rejects theories
"We don't give a ball to those theories. If it's because of what I hear, I've got to go crazy. Everything that was said before, during and after the World Cup. We had a great tournament. We are left to enjoy what we achieved in these eight years; it was a spectacular process. We will surely fall when time goes by because it is something incredible."
