Wales begin the second phase of their Nations Championship campaign on Saturday when they host Japan at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. The match, which kicks off at 4.40pm, will be broadcast live and free on ITV1 and S4C.
Steve Tandy's side opened their campaign with a win over Fiji at Cardiff City Stadium in the summer, before suffering away defeats to Argentina and South Africa. Despite those losses, there is a sense of optimism in the Wales camp heading into the next block of fixtures.
New-look midfield for Wales
Tandy has selected a strong XV for the clash, introducing a new midfield partnership of Max Llewellyn and Eddie James, with Sam Costelow preferred to Dan Edwards at fly-half. Japan, coached by Eddie Jones, will provide a test at the Principality Stadium.
Following Saturday's match, Wales face New Zealand and Australia later this month.
How to watch and stream
Coverage on ITV begins at 4.20pm, while S4C's broadcast starts at 4pm. The game can also be streamed on the ITVX app, S4C's Clic app, and BBC iPlayer.

Eddie Jones said: "As we all know, as lovers of rugby, it's one of the most iconic rugby stadiums in the world. We've got this fantastic opportunity to get ourselves right at kick-off, to be full of energy, purpose and passion."
