The World Cup is about to kick off, and with 48 nations participating for the first time, we have reviewed every home and away shirt to create a 96-strong ranking of sartorial delights and disappointments. Adidas and Puma have delivered strong showings, while Jako surprises with a top-10 entry.
At the bottom of the list, South Korea's home shirt features a confusing camo print described by Nike as an 'ambush of tigers', while Switzerland's away kit looks like a toddler's highlighter pen design. Australia's bold pink-to-green fade and Paraguay's childlike crayon drawing also rank poorly.
Croatia's home shirt makes us angry: a near-perfect design ruined by an etch-a-sketch effect in the middle. The Netherlands' fluorescent-edged home shirt and Ghana's spider-web motif also disappoint. England's away shirt has a central crest that gives it a Pro-Evo feel, while France's zig-zag background is too much.
Higher up, Curacao's away shirt is a beauty, and Jako's surprise entry into the top 10 is a highlight. The full ranking, from worst to best, is available in our complete list.
