Rangers can move back to the top of the Scottish Premiership table when they face Dundee at Dens Park on Saturday evening. Derek McInnes's side have won their last six league games and could make it seven in a row for the first time since February 2024, when Philippe Clement oversaw nine consecutive victories.
Team news and injury latest
Forwards Youssef Chermiti, Lawrence Shankland and Daisuke Yokota, as well as midfielder Cammy Devlin, are out for McInnes. Ross McCrorie is set for weeks on the sidelines, while Dujon Sterling is expected to win his fitness race.
Dundee, under Steven Pressley, have started the campaign impressively and sit in the upper reaches of the table despite a lengthy injury list. Pressley has guided the Dark Blues to two wins in a row and is aiming for a third consecutive victory for the first time since January.
Match officials and recent form
Duncan Nicolson is the match referee, with Jonathan Bell and Chris Gentles as assistant referees. Matthew MacDermid is on VAR duty, assisted by Sean Carr.
Rangers have won six of their last eight away games against Dundee in all competitions, keeping five clean sheets. A win would take Rangers above Celtic into top spot and put pressure on title rivals Hearts and Celtic before they meet on Sunday.
McInnes has had a free week with his squad, while Hearts and Celtic were involved in European action. Rangers are aiming for an eighth consecutive win in all competitions.
