Manchester City and England midfielder Phil Foden was involved in a heated altercation with his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke at a beach club in Corfu, Greece, during a family holiday. The couple were seen arguing loudly before being escorted off the premises by security.
Video footage obtained by The Sun on Sunday shows Cooke shouting at Foden, at one point asking, “Do you think I’m a d*** head?” The argument reportedly began after Foden returned from swimming to find his partner upset. Cooke was seen pointing her finger at Foden and moving her head close to his face.
Foden’s parents, Phil senior and Claire, were also present at the Glyfada Beach club. A source told The Sun that the dispute was “really aggressive and intense,” adding that such incidents are unusual for the venue. Another witness claimed Foden’s mother muttered she was “fed up with the drama.”
The couple, who are childhood sweethearts and have two children together, left the scene shortly after the argument. Foden had earlier been seen posing for photos with fans on the beach.
