Arsenal return to Premier League action this afternoon when they face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground, with kick-off at 4.30pm BST. The Gunners are aiming to avoid successive away defeats in the league after losing 3-0 at Brighton a month ago.
Team news and selection
Mikel Arteta’s side should arrive in good spirits after beating Lille in midweek to maintain a 100 percent winning start in the Champions League league phase. However, preparations have been disrupted by a fresh injury blow to Piero Hincapie following last weekend’s win over Leeds.
Martin Zubimendi could return, while Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard are expected to start for the visitors.
Forest's form and key player
Nottingham Forest began the day one point clear of the relegation zone after suffering back-to-back defeats either side of the international break. Oliver Glasner will hope to have influential midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White available for selection as he aims to get the season up and running.
