Newcastle December TV fixtures confirmed as three games moved

Newcastle United now know their complete schedule for the rest of 2026 after the Premier League confirmed December's television selections. Three of the Magpies' fixtures have been moved as part of those choices.

Newcastle had already learned their TV picks for November and the festive period, with the block of games in between the last to be confirmed while Sky Sports and TNT Sports made their selections.

Manchester United and Sunderland moved for TV

Newcastle will host Manchester United at St James' Park on Wednesday, December 2, with a new kick-off time of 8:15pm. Four days later, they will welcome Sunderland to Tyneside for the first Tyne-Wear derby of the season, moved to Sunday, December 6 with a 2pm start. Sky Sports will show both games live.

The trip to Ipswich Town the following weekend remains a 3pm kick-off on Saturday, December 12, unchanged.

Brentford clash rescheduled

Newcastle's trip to West London to face Brentford has been moved to a 12:30pm kick-off on Saturday, December 19, with TNT Sports airing the game live.

Only three of Newcastle's matches in the first half of the season have not been selected for television coverage. Last month's 2-1 win over Hull City and next month's trip to Fulham were also not chosen by either broadcaster.

Further TV alterations for January and beyond will be announced in due course, but Newcastle now know exactly when they will be in league action for the rest of the year.
