A Madden NFL 26 simulation has forecast a dominant victory for the Seattle Seahawks over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 60. The simulation, conducted ahead of the real game in Santa Clara, suggests a 28-10 triumph for Seattle, avenging their narrow defeat to the Patriots in the 2015 Super Bowl.
According to the simulation, the Seahawks raced into a commanding 21-0 lead by half-time, with running back Kenneth Walker III scoring three touchdowns. Walker's performance would put him in an exclusive group of players to have achieved this feat in a Super Bowl, alongside Terrell Davis, James White and Jalen Hurts.
Quarterback Sam Darnold impressed in the virtual matchup, completing 17 of 20 passes for 204 yards and a touchdown, while the Patriots' Drake Maye managed only 158 yards and a late touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs. A 38-yard interception by Julian Love and six tackles from Ernest Jones IV were key to Seattle's defensive display.
The simulation also highlighted an irony: the Seahawks won by grinding out the result on the ground, a strategy that eluded them in the 2015 defeat.
