Liverpool are unlikely to make many changes for today's visit of Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, with the confirmed team news now in.
First home game of the season
A first home game of the new top-flight season sees Oliver Glasner's side come to Anfield for the Saturday lunchtime kick-off. Liverpool scrapped a 2-2 home draw at Newcastle last weekend in their season-opener, but new manager Andoni Iraola is unlikely to make many changes.
One could see Victor Munoz come in for Rio Ngumoha, starting alongside Cody Gakpo amid ongoing uncertainty over the latter's future. Tottenham are interested in the Dutchman.
Injury and team news
Hugo Ekitike is continuing his rehabilitation after suffering an Achilles injury in April. Young centre-back Jeremy Jacquet should keep his place in defence, with loanee Ronald Araujo on the bench. Joe Gomez remains sidelined with a muscle problem, while centre-back Giovanni Leoni and right-back Conor Bradley continuing their recoveries from knee injuries.
Nottingham Forest also have injury concerns, most notably with Neco Williams a doubt after picking up a knock against Leeds on Tuesday and Morgan Gibbs-White a doubt with a knee complaint. Liam Delap could make his debut following his £45million move from Chelsea.
