Chris Hemsworth has revealed the upper body routine that helped him achieve his most muscular physique yet for the 2022 film Thor: Love and Thunder. The Australian actor, known for his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, shared the workout on his Centr wellness app and social media.

The routine begins with medicine ball slams as a warm-up, a full-body exercise that builds explosive power. Hemsworth then moves into a superset of bent over rows and press-ups, targeting opposing muscle groups—the back and chest—to allow one side to recover while working the other.

Following this, he performs a tri-set of renegade rows, which engage the core, back, and triceps; dumbbell lateral raises for shoulder deltoids; and triceps pushdowns, a classic bodybuilding move for isolating the triceps. The workout is designed to work the back, chest, shoulders, and triceps.
