Liverpool travel to Austria this evening to face LASK in their second Champions League league phase match, their first away day of the European campaign.
The Reds began their European season with a 2-1 victory over Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid at Anfield some five weeks ago. Marcos Llorente opened the scoring early on, but Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister struck on either side of half-time to secure all three points.
LASK's route to the group stage
LASK should present slightly more straightforward opposition despite Liverpool having to fly out to Linz for the match. Die Schwarz-Weißen currently sit third in the Austrian Bundesliga, behind Rapid Wien and RB Salzburg.
They took a circuitous route into this tournament, pulling off a dramatic comeback over Martin O'Neill's Celtic in their final qualifying match before suffering a frustrating 1-0 defeat away at AEK Athens in their first league phase outing.
Team news and how to watch
LASK's chances of victory will be boosted slightly by the absences of some eight Liverpool players, with Andoni Iraola unable to call on the likes of Alexander Isak, Dominik Szoboszlai and Cody Gakpo.
In the UK, the game will be televised live on TNT Sports 2, with coverage starting at 5pm BST ahead of a 5.45pm kick-off. TNT Sports subscribers can also catch the contest live online via the HBO Max app and website.
