Erling Haaland has sparked injury concerns after limping out of training with Norway, just 12 days before Manchester City's crucial Premier League clash against Arsenal. The striker was seen holding his leg as he left the session, raising doubts over his availability for the top-of-the-table encounter at the Etihad Stadium on Easter Sunday.
Norway manager Ståle Solbakken confirmed that Haaland's issue is not serious, stating that the player is expected to be fit for the friendly against Czech Republic on Friday. Solbakken added that Haaland's withdrawal was precautionary, and the striker will be assessed further before the match.
Haaland has been in prolific form this season, scoring 18 league goals for City. His potential absence would be a significant blow for Pep Guardiola's side as they prepare to host second-placed Arsenal in a pivotal title showdown. City currently lead the Premier League by one point.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been ruled out for several weeks after suffering a meniscus tear in his right knee during training. The injury casts doubt on his availability for the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City next month. Courtois had only recently returned from a long-term ACL injury.
