Former winners Leicester City and Wigan Athletic are among the notable teams in the hat, while four clubs — AFC Rushden & Diamonds, Berkhamsted, Sholing and Plymouth Parkway — have reached this stage for the first time in their history.
Ninth-tier Tadley Calleva are also involved after drawing 2-2 with National League side Aldershot and earning a replay. Newport County represent Welsh interest at this stage.
