England will face New Zealand and Costa Rica in their final two friendlies before the 2026 World Cup, with both matches taking place during a pre-tournament warm-up camp in south Florida.
Thomas Tuchel's side will play New Zealand on Saturday 6 June and Costa Rica on Wednesday 10 June, a week before their opening group match against Croatia in Dallas on Wednesday 17 June. England have not faced New Zealand since 1991, while Costa Rica failed to qualify for the expanded 48-team tournament but are expected to provide valuable preparation.
England are drawn in Group L alongside Panama and Ghana. Following the Florida camp, the squad will relocate to Kansas City, Missouri, their base for the duration of the World Cup, before travelling to Dallas, Boston and New York for their three group-stage fixtures.
Before heading to the United States, England will play two final home friendlies at Wembley next month: against Uruguay on Friday 27 March and Japan on Tuesday 31 March. Tuchel is expected to name his squad ahead of the June warm-up matches.
