Duran Duran, the iconic 1980s new wave pioneers, have unveiled plans for a major UK arena tour scheduled for this autumn. The tour will feature frontman Simon Le Bon alongside bandmates Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, and Roger Taylor.
Tour Dates and Venues
The tour kicks off at Glasgow's OVO Hydro on 15 October, followed by performances in Belfast, Birmingham, and Liverpool. The UK leg concludes at Leeds' First Direct Arena on 24 October. Indie band Pigeon will serve as the supporting act for all UK dates.
Recent Activity
This announcement follows a busy period for the band, who released a new single, "Free To Love," featuring Chic's Nile Rodgers in April. Additionally, Duran Duran is set to headline London's British Summer Time (BST) festival on 5 July.
Celebrated for timeless hits like "Rio" and "Hungry Like The Wolf," Duran Duran has sold over 100 million records worldwide. They have achieved two UK number one singles and a number one album, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.

Tickets for the arena tour will go on general sale from 10 am on 5 June via myticket.co.uk. Presales will be available on 3 and 4 June.
