Chelsea and England footballer Cole Palmer stepped out for a festive date night with his new girlfriend this week, choosing the iconic Winter Wonderland in London's Hyde Park for their romantic evening.
A Covert Christmas Outing
The 23-year-old midfielder, who split from his long-term girlfriend, nail technician and influencer Connie Grace, in July, was spotted enjoying the attractions with 23-year-old beauty specialist Olivia Holder. In an attempt to keep a low profile, Palmer opted for an incognito look, wearing a balaclava and a hoodie for the Thursday night outing.
The couple were seen fully immersed in the festive fun, successfully winning two large stuffed animal prizes which they carried around the park. Olivia cut a glamorous figure, wrapping up warm against the winter chill in a stylish brown fur coat, which she paired with distressed jeans and a pair of Ugg boots.
Meet Olivia Holder: Palmer's New Partner
Olivia Holder is a professional in the aesthetics industry. She runs a beauty clinic in Bromley alongside her sister, who is an aesthetics nurse. Their business offers popular treatments such as semi-permanent makeup and injectable skin solutions.
Observers were quick to note a striking resemblance between Olivia and Palmer's ex-girlfriend, Connie Grace. Both are blonde and of a similar age. It remains unclear exactly how long Palmer and Holder have been dating, but she recently shared photos on Instagram from Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's home ground.
The End of a Chapter with Connie Grace
Palmer's previous relationship with Connie Grace, also from Manchester, ended shortly after his career-high moment in July. Just days after the Chelsea star won the Club World Cup, scoring two goals and providing an assist in the final against Paris Saint-Germain, the pair unfollowed each other on social media and removed photos of one another from their accounts.
Grace had travelled to the United States during the tournament but was notably absent from the group of wives and girlfriends who celebrated the victory on the pitch. Following the split, Palmer visited his ancestral homeland of St Kitts and Nevis, while Grace holidayed in Miami.
The couple had been together for around eleven months after going public at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in November last year. They met as teenagers through mutual friends when they were both 17. In a past interview, Grace described Palmer as fundamentally unchanged by fame, stating his primary focus was always on football and performing for his team and country.
Born and raised in Wythenshawe, Manchester, Palmer has spoken about the culture shock of moving to London after his £42.5 million transfer to Chelsea. He contrasted the close-knit community of his hometown with the anonymity of life in the capital, a sentiment his ex-girlfriend echoed by affirming he would always remain a 'Manchester boy' at heart.
