Chelsea set asking prices for Jackson, Delap and Guiu exits

Chelsea are open to selling a string of players this summer as Xabi Alonso continues to revamp his squad at Stamford Bridge. The Blues have already made significant changes, with several expensive signings arriving and notable departures confirmed.

Asking prices set for forwards

Nicolas Jackson is being tracked by Aston Villa, where his former Villarreal boss Unai Emery is in charge. The Senegal international spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich, and despite failing to cement a place in Chelsea's starting XI, the Blues want £65m for him this summer, according to The Athletic.

The 25-year-old was signed from Villarreal in 2023 for around £32m and has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances for Chelsea.

Delap and Guiu also available

Liam Delap could also be on the move after an underwhelming first season at Stamford Bridge. The 23-year-old was largely used off the bench, managing just two goals in 41 outings across all competitions. Chelsea hope to make a profit on him, wanting more than the £30m they paid Ipswich Town last summer.

Marc Guiu is another young striker available for transfer after two years in west London. The 20-year-old has failed to score in 11 Premier League appearances but has impressed in European competition, scoring seven times in 10 outings, mainly in the Europa Conference League. The Blues want £25m for Guiu, with clubs in England and abroad reportedly interested in him and Delap.

Defensive departures likely

More outgoings are expected in defence after Trevoh Chalobah's move to Como was agreed. Benoit Badiashile reportedly has a price tag of £30m and Axel Disasi of £25m.

Chelsea's pre-season preparations continue on Wednesday when they take on Juventus in Hong Kong.
