Agent Quashes Real Madrid Transfer Speculation for Liverpool's Szoboszlai
The representative of Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has moved decisively to dismiss mounting rumours of a potential transfer to Spanish giants Real Madrid. This comes after recent comments from Hungary's national team manager, Marco Rossi, who claimed that Szoboszlai has always harboured ambitions of playing for the Bernabeu club.

Speculation regarding Szoboszlai's future intensified significantly following remarks made by his international manager, Marco Rossi. Rossi publicly stated that the 25-year-old Liverpool star has long "dreamed" of representing Real Madrid. These comments were further amplified when Real Madrid's own Vinicius Junior revealed his close friendship with Szoboszlai, noting they exchange regular messages.

However, Szoboszlai's agent, Matyas Esterhazy, has poured cold water on these links in an exclusive interview with Hungarian publication NB1. Esterhazy insisted his client is not actively seeking a transfer away from Anfield.
"It's completely normal for the public, when Dominik is performing like this, to talk about what's next and if there's something higher," Esterhazy explained. "So at the moment, to talk about what will happen in the summer in my opinion is not correct. Not to mention, Liverpool are one of the biggest clubs in the world and Dominik is in a position within the team that has a lot of reserve, so we are not looking outside or elsewhere."
Contract Talks Underway Amidst Prolific Season
Adding weight to the agent's dismissal of transfer rumours is the confirmation that Szoboszlai is currently engaged in discussions with Liverpool's hierarchy regarding a new contract.
