How every Rangers player fared on international duty
Rangers players' international duty: full rundown

Thirteen Rangers players left Ibrox to join their national teams during the prolonged international break, with varying fortunes. From a first senior cap for Scotland's Findlay Curtis to a missed penalty for Mauritania's Djeidi Gassama, here is how every Rangers player fared on international duty.

Goalkeepers and defenders

Ivor Pandur's wait for his first senior Croatia cap continues, with Dominik Livakovic remaining first choice. Pandur watched from the sidelines as Croatia beat Czechia, lost twice to Spain, and were involved in a seven-goal rout against England.

Liam Kelly played a similar role for Scotland, with Angus Gunn playing every minute of their four games and Kelly on the bench alongside Scott Bain.

Emmanuel Fernandez was an unused substitute for Nigeria's two AFCON qualifiers before starting in their 3-3 draw with Russia. He was poor for Russia's first goal, losing the ball cheaply deep inside his own half, but recovered to have a decent game and started the counter for Nigeria's late equaliser.

Olwethu Makhanya, who had only one cap before this break, started both of South Africa's AFCON qualifiers, beating Guinea 2-1 and then winning 5-0 against Eritrea. He came off the bench for the closing stages of their friendly victory against Egypt.

Midfielders and forwards

Kosta Nedelkjovic, a bit-part player at Rangers since his summer move, started three of Serbia's four games – two defeats to the Netherlands and one to Germany. Vanja Dragojevic, however, was unused in all four games as his frustrating season continues.

Nico Raskin, a key player at the World Cup, started just one of Belgium's four games under new boss Mark van Bommel. Belgian pundit Hein Vanhaezebrouck vocally criticised the decision to leave him out for their win over Turkiye.

Minsu Kim earned an emotional first call-up for South Korea, coming off the bench against Ecuador and Uruguay before starting against Venezuela, then watching from the sidelines against Uzbekistan.

Findlay Curtis, named in Scotland's senior squad, starred for the U21s with four assists in five goals before earning a senior cap off the bench against Slovenia. Djeidi Gassama started both of Mauritania's AFCON qualifiers but his missed penalty against Benin cost them a 2-1 defeat.

Bojan Miovski took his caps tally to 45, but North Macedonia lost all four games, including their home clash with Scotland, and failed to score. Kevin Kelsy netted his first Venezuela goal in their 2-1 defeat to Japan, then started against South Korea in a goalless draw. Ryan Naderi, representing the country of his mother's birth, almost scored off the bench against Spain and led the line at Wembley, where England won 3-0.
