UK's 12 Most Wanted Fugitives Hiding in Spain

The National Crime Agency (NCA) has released the identities of twelve fugitives believed to be hiding in popular Spanish holiday destinations such as Tenerife, Marbella, Alicante, Malaga, and the Costa Blanca. These individuals are wanted for serious offences including murder, drug trafficking, and money laundering as part of Operation Captura.

Operation Captura: A Continuing Pursuit

The NCA's director general of operations, Rob Jones, emphasised that Spain is not a safe haven for criminals. He stated, "If you run, we will not stop looking. We will find you, and we will bring you back to face justice. Fugitives rarely stop offending while on the run. They continue to harm communities in both Spain and the UK." Over the past year, 56 criminals have been extradited from Spain to the UK.
