The Premier League will reportedly be able to recommend appropriate punishments as part of the sanctions hearing into Manchester City over charges they are found guilty of.

The expectation is that an independent three-person commission will hold the hearing in the coming weeks, according to The Times. As they are acting as the prosecutor, it is said that the Premier League will be able to make submissions about what sanctions should be imposed on City.
