Zendaya gave a telling marriage clue while supporting Tom Holland as she wore what appeared to be a wedding ring. The 29-year-old and British actor Tom, also 29, reportedly tied the knot last month, although neither star has confirmed the rumours.
Zendaya's Stunning Appearance
The Dune actress was seen with a huge diamond on her left hand as she cheered on Tom dressed in a stunning blue dress. Zendaya was also sporting a new shorter hairdo at the padel match in California. While Zendaya indulged in a spot of spectating, Tom joined competitors at the BERO Padel Classic event in LA.
Keeping Things Private
Previously hinting at why she has not confirmed rumours about her wedding day, Zendaya said on the Jennifer Hudson Show: "It is important to pour into yourself as well and hold things sacred to yourself and your loved ones and have those moments too and create that little healthy boundary there. Because at the end of the day you have to fill your cup too, so I just try and find that balance and there really is no blueprints or roadmap, we don't know what we're doing and I definitely don't know what I am doing." Zendaya also called Tom her "best friend in the whole world".
Romantic Gestures
Zendaya has opened up about her relationship with Tom, who she started dating after meeting on the set of Spider-Man. She revealed that the actor has recently upped his game in the kitchen and has been learning how to cook vegetarian dishes for her as a romantic gesture. "It's really cute, she said. "His brother is a chef and he came out with a cookbook recently and it's really sweet because Tom will whip it out and be like 'Okay I am going to find all the vegetarian things and I'm going try different recipes from my brother for you to try'."
Addressing AI Wedding Photos
Recently, the Shake It Out star addressed fake AI-generated photos of their "wedding" while chatting with Jimmy Kimmel. "Many people have been fooled by them, she explained last week. "While I was just out and about in real life, people were like, 'Oh my God, your wedding photos are gorgeous,' and I was like, 'Babe, they're AI. They're not real.'" She admitted that people within her own family have been drawn in by the photos, admitting they had gotten furious with her for not inviting them to the "happy day". But when asked about the headlines about her getting married in secret to the Spider-Man hunk, Zendaya coyly replied: "Really? I haven't seen any of them."
Speculation Fuelled by Insiders
Meanwhile, even Zendaya's stylist Law Roach has been poking the fire of speculation, after he posted a blurb that appeared to claim that the couple had already wed. Liza Colon-Zayas, who stars alongside the couple in the new Spider-Man film coming out this year, went on to repost Roach's claims, only making the rumour surrounding the young couple grow bigger.
