A group of tourists were left fuming after being turned away from the church where Venezuela Fury, daughter of Tyson and Paris Fury, married Noah Price over the weekend. The 16-year-old bride wed at the Victorian Royal Chapel of St John's on the Isle of Man, with the church closed to the public on Saturday.
A sign on the door read: "Sorry, church closed today." Disgruntled holidaymakers on a coach trip were disappointed, with some asking "Who's that?" upon learning who was getting married. One passenger told MailOnline: "It's a shame we couldn't go in. I'm actually a florist and wanted to see what the decorations were like inside."
The wedding reception featured a performance by 1990s pop star Peter Andre, but took a dramatic turn when four police cars reportedly rushed to the Comis Hotel near Douglas. Venezuela wore an Italian lace wedding gown with a 50ft train, and her parents were seen beaming as she arrived at the church.
The bride's age has sparked controversy, but mother Paris defended her daughter, saying: "Venezuela is so mature for her years. I can't deny her, because I was 17 when I got engaged." Venezuela paid tribute to her father, calling him "1 in a million. My best friend and my worst enemy in one."
