The posts, published on Friday evening, highlight the president's continued focus on national security initiatives.
The first image depicted a Golden Dome over the White House, a space-based missile defence system. Trump signed an executive order to develop such a system shortly after returning to office, dubbing it the Golden Dome. The Congressional Budget Office has estimated the cost at $1.2 trillion over 20 years, up from an earlier $175 billion estimate. Congress has already approved $24 billion for the project through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
A second AI-generated image showed an oversized Trump peering over a Greenlandic community with the caption “Hello, Greenland!” Trump has repeatedly pushed for U.S. control of the Arctic territory, citing national security concerns.
