Stacey Williams, a former model, has accused Donald Trump of groping her in an unwanted sexual manner in 1993, allegedly in what she described as a “twisted game” with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The alleged incident occurred at Trump Tower in New York, after Epstein introduced them.
Williams said she met Trump in 1992 at a Christmas party and believed the two men were close friends. She and Epstein casually dated for a few months. The alleged groping happened in late winter or early spring 1993 when Epstein suggested they visit Trump. Williams alleged that Trump pulled her toward him and put his hands “all over my breasts”, waist and buttocks, and that she saw the two men smiling at each other.
Karoline Leavitt, Trump campaign press secretary, denied the allegations, calling them “unequivocally false” and claiming the story was “contrived by the Harris campaign”. Williams shared her account on a call organised by Survivors for Kamala, a group supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, and the call included actor Ashley Judd and law professor Anita Hill.
After the alleged incident, Williams said Epstein berated her, asking why she let Trump touch her. She said she felt shame and disgust, and believed the encounter was orchestrated. She parted ways with Epstein soon after and said she had no knowledge of his later-revealed pattern of sexual abuse.
This allegation adds to a well-documented pattern of sexual misconduct accusations against Trump, with about two dozen women making similar claims over the decades. Trump has been found liable for sexual abuse in a civil case and convicted of multiple felonies.
