Legal bombshell: John Travolta's son 'is Elvis Presley's secret great-grandchild'
Travolta's son 'is Elvis's secret great-grandchild'

An extraordinary legal claim has surfaced in Los Angeles, suggesting that music legend Elvis Presley may have an unacknowledged great-grandchild. The allegation states that Hollywood star John Travolta's youngest son was conceived using a donated egg from Elvis's own granddaughter, actress Riley Keough.

The Core Allegations in a Multi-Million Pound Lawsuit

The bombshell claims are contained within a $50 million (£37 million) breach-of-contract lawsuit. This legal action was filed against Priscilla Presley's son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, by her former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The document, lodged on 16 December, makes a series of sensational assertions about the parentage of Travolta's son, Benjamin 'Ben' Travolta, who is now 15 years old.

According to the complaint, the late Lisa Marie Presley initially donated eggs so that Travolta and his wife, the late Kelly Preston, could have a child. The filing further alleges that after their son Jett died in 2009, the couple approached the Presley family again in 2010. This time, it is claimed, they sought eggs from Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, resulting in the birth of Ben Travolta in November 2010.

Shocking Details and Family Tensions Revealed

The legal documents paint a picture of intense family discord following Lisa Marie Presley's death in 2023. They state that Lisa Marie's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, revealed the alleged egg donation arrangements to the plaintiffs. Lockwood, aged 61, is said to have claimed that Travolta wanted to salvage his career amid sexual assault allegations and did not want to use Lisa Marie's eggs due to her opioid addiction, crudely referencing not wanting "eggs with heroin" on them.

The filing alleges that Riley Keough was compensated modestly for the purported arrangement, receiving an old Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000. It also claims the deal required approval from the Church of Scientology, with Priscilla Presley's oversight. When Garcia allegedly learned this information might become public, he is said to have "thrown a tantrum," demanding it be kept secret to protect his status as the family's sole male musician.

Denials and the Path to Court

These claims remain entirely unproven and are presented solely within the plaintiffs' lawsuit. Priscilla Presley, who is countersuing Kruse and Fialko for fraud and elder abuse, has categorically denied all allegations. Her lawyer, Marty Singer, branded the claims "shameful, ridiculous, salacious and meritless," calling them a vicious attempt to tarnish an 80-year-old woman's reputation.

In a statement, the plaintiffs' lawyer, Jordan Matthews, defended the amended complaint, saying it was about "revealing the truth and correcting the record." No independent evidence has been provided to substantiate the allegations, and no public comment has been made by John Travolta, Riley Keough, or representatives for the Travolta family. The court will now determine whether any part of this sensational case proceeds to trial.
