Tottenham Fans Plan Protest After Everton Clash Regardless of Result

Tottenham Hotspur supporters are set to protest against the club's board following Sunday's Premier League match against Everton, irrespective of the outcome. The fan group Change for Tottenham (CFT) announced plans to unfurl banners and chant against the board after the final whistle, as the club faces a potential relegation battle on the last day of the season.

Spurs currently sit just two points above 18th-placed West Ham United, with relegation still a possibility after a defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday. CFT's statement criticised the board's indecision in sacking Thomas Frank and the appointment of Igor Tudor as his replacement, which they say led to the club's worst losing run in history.

The group called for supporters to back the team during the match, emphasising the importance of securing points. However, they urged fans to join protests after the game, questioning the board's leadership and the club's decline from challenging for honours to the brink of relegation.

CFT also highlighted the lack of activity in the January transfer window, where only midfielder Conor Gallagher arrived as a senior signing. The statement concluded by pointing to the board as a constant factor during the club's seven-year decline.
