Tommy Fury Misses Niece's Wedding to Focus on Training Camp
Tommy Fury Skips Niece's Wedding for Training Camp

The reason why Tommy Fury missed his niece Venezuela's wedding on Saturday has been revealed. Venezuela, 16, and her boxer Noah Price, 19, tied the knot at the Victorian Royal Chapel of St John's in the Isle of Man on Saturday, with Tommy's daughter Bambi, three, serving as one of 18 bridesmaids.

Tommy's fiancée Molly-Mae Hague made the journey over from Manchester with Bambi, but Tommy was not among the 120 guests. The boxer skipped the family nuptials to focus on training camp ahead of his upcoming fight with Eddie Hall, scheduled for June 13 at Manchester's AO Arena.

Mother of the bride Paris heaped praise on Molly-Mae for travelling whilst heavily pregnant so Bambi could enjoy being a bridesmaid. 'She is incredible. She is being fully supportive, and she is bringing Bambi over, so that Bambi could be a bridesmaid with the kids,' Paris gushed ahead of the big day.

'But I have got to throw her props. She is making that journey while heavily pregnant and I wouldn't have been able to face that while I was at her term of pregnancy.' She added: 'I'm very glad that they are coming. It means a lot. It's a big journey for anyone to come from home to here.'

'It's lovely that they are making the effort. It's lovely that Bambi and the other little girls all get to be bridesmaids. They are all cousins and it's sweet that they'll make memories together.'

On Saturday night Molly-Mae gushed over 'beautiful bride' Venezuela as she took to Instagram to share a selection of snaps from the showbiz wedding of the year. Sharing adorable snaps of Venezuela cuddling Bambi, the pair beamed in the sweet snap as Molly-Mae penned: 'Beautiful bridey!!! @venezuelaprice1. Such a special day.' In another snap Bambi kissed her mum who chose to forgo the usual wedding attire in an all black ensemble.

Molly-Mae also revealed the couple's incredible wedding cake, as she posted a snap of Bambi stood beside the huge six tiered blue wedding cake, which was decorated with a cascade of blue and yellow flowers. Much to fans' surprise, Tommy Fury didn't join Molly-Mae and Bambi at the wedding as they arrived via private jet without him, instead joined by her sister Zoe.

After the ceremony, Molly and her daughter made a swift exit as they jetted off in a private jet just before 6pm. The influencer, who is due to give birth to her second child with Tommy any day now, decided to forgo the night of partying as she took off from the Isle of Man. The private jet was chartered from Newcastle based Naljets and cost an estimated £15,000 for the day. The price covers the use of the Cessna Citation jet, crew, fuel and landing fees at Ronaldsway airport where the plane spent most of the day. It had landed at just after 9.30am after taking off half an hour earlier from Manchester and it returned almost nine hours later after taking off at just before 6pm.

Venezuela stunned in a lace fishtail wedding gown with a 50ft train and wore black sunglasses and white Crocs as promised. The skirt fanned into a dramatic, 50ft train which trailed along the powder blue carpet as she made her way into the church with her parents by her side. The daughter of Tyson and Paris Fury couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she left the church arm in arm with her new husband, 19. Venezuela had 18 bridesmaids – 13 children, including Bambi, Venezuela's little sisters Valencia, eight, and Athena, four of Noah's cousins, and family members, as well as five grown-up bridesmaids.

After walking his eldest daughter down the aisle, Tyson emotionally told the Daily Mail: 'It was beautiful. She's no longer a Fury.'
