This followed Hart's outburst at a barely recognisable wax figure in the trailer for the roast programme. Brady sarcastically remarked, "This won't take long. As I am a busy man. Brady was referring to Hart's deposition in Los Angeles Superior Court in August 2024. The Ride Along actor claimed to have slept with Montia Sabbag the morning after doing ecstasy. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Hart alleged he was on ecstasy the night before he cheated on his then-pregnant wife, Eniko Hart, back in 2017. Hart's legal dispute over a breach-of-settlement with former friend Jonathan "J.T." Jackson, stemming from a 2017 sex-tape scandal, included a transcript of a September 2017 deposition in which Hart detailed the events of that evening.
In his own words, Hart accused his friend of pressuring him into taking a drug slipped into his drink, saying: "Because it's in my drink, I thought I'm fine. I'm fine with drinking. The night is good. As the night goes, I'm now with the girl, Montia Sabbag, at the end of the night, okay?" Following the emergence of extortion claims surrounding the sexually suggestive footage, Hart issued a public apology to his wife via Instagram, saying: "I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did."
