The former couple appeared happy and at ease in one another's company as they enjoyed themselves alongside friends and fans at Pub In The Park in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This came despite confirming their decision to split just a week earlier. In a joint statement, BBC Radio 2 presenter Vernon and former Strictly Come Dancing host Tess announced they were amicably ending their 23-year marriage. Judging by their united front at the event, they appear to be staying true to their word.
The pair, who are parents to Phoebe, 21, and Amber, who turns 17 this week, happily posed for photos with fans and were also snapped beaming alongside close pal, former Hollyoaks actor Will Mellor. As Vernon was still wearing his wedding ring, some fans have been left hopeful that a reconciliation could be on the cards.

Last week, Vernon's father broke his silence on the break-up and urged his son not to rush into another relationship too soon, saying he still has plenty of time.
