Man Arrested After Ram Raid Jewellery Heist in Bradford

A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a ram raid robbery at a jewellers in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The incident occurred at approximately 18:00 GMT on Friday, when a Mitsubishi Shogun was used to smash through the shop front on Leeds Road.

A large quantity of jewellery was stolen during the raid. The vehicle, which had been stolen from New Otley Road in Undercliffe on Wednesday, was later found abandoned by police.

West Yorkshire Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the vehicle's movements before or after the robbery to come forward. The arrested man remains in custody as investigations continue.
