Rumours of tension among the I'm A Celebrity All Stars cast have emerged, with reports that Gemma Collins accused a fellow campmate of leaking stories to the media. The former Towie star is said to have made the allegation in a WhatsApp group chat containing the show's contestants.
According to a source, Collins branded 80s singer Sinitta a "rat" during the exchange, leaving her "dumbfounded and incredibly upset". The insider compared the incident to the Wagatha Christie case, noting that no one in the group replied to the message.
Other celebrities in the chat reportedly included Harry Redknapp, Sir Mo Farah, Scarlett Moffatt, Adam Thomas, David Haye, Seann Walsh, Ashley Roberts, Craig Charles, Beverley Callard and Jimmy Bullard. The cast reunited in London earlier this month for the launch show, where Collins was said to have acted as if nothing had happened.
The new series, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, was filmed in South Africa and is set to air on Monday, 6 April. Sinitta was the second contestant voted out of the original show in 2011, while Collins lasted only three days in 2014.
Separately, reports have also claimed that Emmerdale star Adam Thomas "totally lost it" during a Bushtucker Trial with Jimmy Bullard, with producers forced to intervene. The live final is scheduled for 24 April, though it has not been confirmed whether either Thomas or Bullard will attend.
