Sinitta has broken her silence regarding the heated altercation between Adam Thomas and Jimmy Bullard, which ignited drama during the I'm A Celebrity All Stars finale. The singer, known for her hit 'So Macho', walked off stage during the live final and expressed that she believed Adam's comments during the Rancid Run trial were aggressive and abusive.
Sinitta's Account of the Incident
Speaking about the row, Sinitta shared: 'I found it very uncomfortable and disturbing. It was very explosive, very aggressive. I was so visibly upset and shaken by it. I was saying to anyone who would listen: "Why isn't anyone stopping this? Please make it stop. This is not right." I would have liked it to have been broken up sooner.'
She continued: 'I'm looking around at everybody like: "Somebody do something!" Screaming F bombs and C bombs repeatedly in an angry and explosive way is abusive and aggressive. I had a good cry later on about it. I was thinking, "We're all going to really regret this if one of them swings a punch and somebody gets hurt. Like, please make it stop."'
Sinitta's Support for Adam
Sinitta also revealed that she felt she had supported Adam by allowing him to stay in the camp because she felt sorry for him. However, she added to The Sun that she felt it was 'rewarding a child for throwing a tantrum but worse'.
Jimmy Bullard's Perspective
During a conversation on the show, Jimmy Bullard stated that he found Adam's behaviour during the row to be 'aggressive, intimidating and abusive'. However, host Ant McPartlin denied feeling intimidated by the incident.
In a heated exchange, Jimmy said: 'You [Ant and Dec] were there and you didn't show any of that footage. You didn't show any of the C-bombs, it's a liberty.' Ant argued back: 'The reason we didn't air the C-bomb is because that is unbroadcastable. I was there and I didn't think it was intimidating.'
David Haye then stepped in to support Jimmy over Adam, who was seated in front of him. Adam intervened to say: 'Let the finalists speak,' as the audience cheered him on.
Adam Thomas's Apology
Adam later said: 'I take full responsibility for my actions and yes emotions were definitely running high in that moment. I have nothing but love for Jimmy in that moment. I have apologised to Jimmy on numerous occasions and I do take everything that he is saying into account and the only thing I can do is apologise. That is not how I want to show myself off and I have never shown myself off like that before or after that. I do apologise Jimmy.'
