Ryan Thomas has given a blunt response to the idea of having more children with his fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh. The former Coronation Street star, 41, was asked by a fan during an Instagram Q&A: 'Any more babies Ryan?! Xx' He replied: 'Not a bloody chance in hell!'
Thomas, who rose to fame playing Jason Grimshaw on the soap, has three children: Scarlett, 17, from his previous relationship with co-star Tina O'Brien, and a son and daughter with Mecklenburgh. He and the TOWIE star have been engaged since 2019.
The actor's daughter Scarlett recently addressed criticism of being labelled a 'nepo baby' after landing a role in BBC's Waterloo Road. Speaking on the Private Story podcast, she said: 'I don't even really know what it means... My family have taught me that this is gonna happen, I know it's a standard thing that happens. Loads of it comes from jealousy.'
Thomas previously praised Scarlett's music career on his family podcast, revealing she is set to record in Nashville with renowned producer Julian Bunetta. He said: 'It's just crazy to think that she's going to be in that studio in Nashville... How proud are we as a family?'
