Robert Wagner, 96, and Jill St John, 85, marked their 36th wedding anniversary with a rare public display of affection. The 'Hart to Hart' star shared a photograph on social media showing him kissing his wife on the cheek, with Jill closing her eyes as she savoured the moment.
The couple wore matching black blazers in the image. Wagner captioned the post: '36 years of love and laughter with my beautiful Jill. Happy Anniversary, my love.' Fans responded warmly, with one commenting: 'What a stunning photo! Happy anniversary to you both!'
The pair first met in 1950 on the set of Fox Studios and later co-starred in the 1967 film 'How I Spent My Summer Vacation'. After Wagner's wife Natalie Wood died in a drowning accident in 1981, St John sent flowers and condolences. The two reconnected two months later and married in 1990.
In 2007, they relocated from Los Angeles to a 7.5-acre property in Colorado for a quieter life. Wagner has three daughters: Kate, 61, from his first marriage; Courtney, 51, with Wood; and Natasha Gregson Wagner, 55, Wood's daughter from a previous marriage, whom he adopted.
