Clothing chain Quiz is set to shut all of its remaining 37 stores by the end of June after entering administration, administrators have confirmed.
Administration and Store Closures
The fashion retailer appointed administrators from advisory firm Interpath in February following a challenging start to 2026. On Thursday, the insolvency specialists announced that the business would implement a closure plan for its final stores over the coming weeks.
Three stores—in Castlecourt, Belfast; Leeds; and Romford—have already closed permanently in recent days. The exact timeline for the remaining closures has yet to be confirmed, and the company has not disclosed how many workers will be affected.
More than 100 head office and warehouse jobs were put at risk when Quiz entered administration. This marks the second time the retailer has collapsed into administration in a year, having previously done so in February 2025 before being immediately acquired in a pre-pack deal by a subsidiary of the founding Ramzan family.
Concessions Unaffected
Quiz concessions located within New Look and Matalan stores in the UK are not included in the administration and remain unaffected. The company's online operations are also not impacted by the closures.
