Scottish fashion chain Quiz has announced the closure of all its remaining 37 stores after falling into administration for the second time in less than a year. The company, founded in 1993, entered administration on February 5 and is now set to cease trading before July.
Administrators from Interpath Advisory are overseeing the closure programme, with stores shutting down over the next few weeks. Five stores are closing this weekend, including branches in Hanley and Mansfield on Saturday, and Carlisle, Eastbourne, and Basingstoke on Sunday.
Further closures are scheduled: Watford on June 16, Clydebank on June 17, and Irvine on June 19. The chain's concessions within New Look and Matalan stores in the UK are not affected by the administration and will continue trading.
Quiz first collapsed into administration in February 2025 before being immediately acquired in a pre-pack deal by a subsidiary of the founding Ramzan family. The latest administration marks the end of the high street presence for the once-popular brand.
