A new biography by royal author Andrew Lownie, titled The Rise and Fall of the House of York, alleges that Prince Andrew lost his virginity at age 11. The book, which the royal family reportedly tried to ban, claims the Duke had his first sexual encounter at eight and had slept with more than half a dozen girls by his teenage years. Lownie suggests these early experiences “perhaps explains some of the behaviour later on.”
The biography also details Andrew’s alleged sexual escapades during official duties. At the King of Thailand’s diamond jubilee in 2006, a correspondent claims “more than 40 women were brought to his hotel room in Bangkok,” with hotel staff reportedly amazed that over ten women visited daily. Emma Gruenbaum, a masseuse at Wentworth Golf Club, said Andrew would insist on naked massages and make “anal sex jokes,” describing him as a “constant sex pest.”
Regarding Jeffrey Epstein, Lownie writes that the disgraced financier “played Andrew,” using the prince as a “useful idiot” for respectability and access. The book claims Epstein sold Andrew’s “intimate secrets” to foreign agents, including Israel’s Mossad. Additionally, the biography recounts a 2013 physical altercation between Andrew and Prince Harry, sparked by something Andrew said behind Harry’s back, which left Andrew with a bloody nose.
The Duke has not responded to the leaked contents, and the royal family declined to comment. The book is due for release in late August.
