Justin Fletcher, best known as Mr Tumble from CBeebies' 'Something Special', has reportedly found love with co-star Samantha Dorrance, who plays his character's best friend Tootsie. The 55-year-old entertainer is said to be 'madly in love' with the 34-year-old performer, despite their 20-year age gap. According to a source, Samantha has moved into Justin's £2.5 million farmhouse, and the couple enjoy a quiet life there when not performing.
Fletcher, who has an estimated net worth of £1.5 million, has been single for a while before reconnecting with Dorrance. Friends and castmates are thrilled for the pair, with an insider telling The Sun: 'For Justin, Samantha is The One.' The couple were recently seen together checking into The Mount Country Manor Hotel & Golf in Wolverhampton.
Dorrance, who made her West End debut in her late teens in 'Dreamboats and Petticoats', has starred alongside Fletcher on CBeebies for over a decade. She occasionally refers to him on social media as her 'partner'. In a 2023 Instagram post, she shared about hatching chickens together, and last August she posted photos from their farm.
Fletcher, who received an MBE in 2008 for services to children's broadcasting, previously spoke about his struggle to find love. In a 2012 interview, he said he wanted to find someone who likes kids and would love to have children. He also admitted to receiving marriage proposals from fans.
The star, who began his BBC career in 1999, created 'Something Special' in 2003, which uses Makaton to help children with communication difficulties. The show has won two Bafta TV awards. Fletcher is also the voice of Shaun the Sheep and other characters.
