Missing British Travel Influencer Rachel Kerr Found Safe in Morocco

A British travel influencer who went missing in Morocco has been found safe and reunited with her family. Rachel Kerr, 31, from Maddiston, Falkirk, was last seen leaving a nightclub in Agadir before vanishing.

Ms Kerr, a photographer and content creator, had been on a short work trip to the African country. Her family raised the alarm after she checked out of her hotel and her phone was switched off.

The Agadir Security Authority launched an investigation after receiving a notification of her disappearance on April 27. They used national security databases to trace her movements and located her in an apartment.

Authorities confirmed she is still in Morocco under normal circumstances and is in contact with her brother, who had flown to Agadir to find her. Her relative Peter Kerr told Metro: 'She has now been found. She is with her brother.'

Her cousin had appealed for information, saying Ms Kerr ran out of money and checked out of the Caribbean Village hotel. A friend added she was last seen at Smart Nightclub at 5am on Saturday. Another holidaymaker claimed the nightclub is known for drink spiking.
