Love Island stars Millie Court and Zac Woodworth have ended their relationship just three months after finishing as runners-up on the latest series of ITV2's Love Island: All Stars. The reality star, 29, who previously won the regular version of the show in 2021 with Liam Reardon, announced the split on social media on Wednesday morning.
Statement on Snapchat
Millie took to Snapchat to share the news, writing: "Hey gang. Zac and I both love our lives and our homes, and that makes it harder to know what a future could be, so we've agreed that we'd prefer to remain friends x." She added: "BUT we have had the best time travelling together since the show, it's been a whirlwind and I loved every minute x tysm for all your love and support."
Post-Show Travel and Time Together
Since leaving the villa, the couple had been travelling extensively, with Millie spending a month in Zac's hometown of Arizona. However, fans had noticed a lack of social media interaction between the pair in recent weeks, sparking concern. While Zac admitted in an Instagram Q+A that he missed Millie "big time" and hoped to see her soon, Millie was seen enjoying a girls' night with former co-star Whitney Adebayo, where they vowed to focus on "healing."
Background and Controversy
Millie and Zac met on Love Island: All Stars, which aired earlier this year. The series was won by Ciaran Davies and Sami Eilish, who split just three weeks after winning the £50,000 prize. During the show, some viewers speculated that contestants from the US version were more interested in gaining exposure in the UK than finding love. An Instagram account shared a story from Zac's fellow US contestant JD Dodard, who wrote: "Pre game plan executed perfectly @zacwoodworth," alongside a crying-laughing emoji. Another US star, Zak Strakaew, added: "Make sure ya'll go back my boyyyy @zacwoodworth." Fans expressed concern that Millie might be hurt, though others defended Zac, suggesting he genuinely liked her.
Zac's Previous Comments
Before entering the All Stars villa, Zac said: "I am super social, I love talking to everybody. They can expect me to be gentlemen but also go for what I want." He also admitted his time on Love Island USA was "cut short" after just 20 days, adding: "Honestly, I felt that my time in the Love Island USA villa was cut short, I didn't get the best shot at getting to know someone so for me, experiencing Love Island again but in the UK is perfect."
Millie concluded her statement by thanking fans for their support, reflecting on their journey together.
